Registration Instructions & Refunds

Refunds are provided for event registrations as long as the request is received via email before the event.  This system is used for event registration fees only, and no products will be shipped.

HOW TO REGISTER FOR EVENTS

Having trouble registering for one of our upcoming events? Please look over the following instructions, and feel free to contact us with any additional questions.

Step 1: Go to the "Events" page

Step 2: Click "Read More" under the event in which you are interested

Step 3: Click "Register Now"

Step 4.

A. For NCHE Members who are first-time users of our new website:

• Click "Forgot username/password?"
• Enter email address associated with your ACHE.org login information and click "Submit"
• Follow email instructions to create new password
• Return to the event, click "Register Now" and login using the same email address and your new password

• Follow the registration prompts on the screen

B. For Non-NCHE Chapter Members (ACHE members of other chapters & Non-ACHE members):

• Click "Continue as Guest"

• Follow the registration prompts on the screen
