Session Description: This is the inaugural women in leadership forum hosted by NCHE, focused on not only the challenges that have driven women towards innovation and self-advocacy but deeper discussions around wins that have occurred in the women’s leadership space and how the needle has gradually but intentionally moved towards highlighting the unique strengths that women leaders bring to their teams, their governance boards and to their organizations.
